Remote Support
                

To request a remote support session please call 0800 6129534. We will allocate you a time for your session and will call you back at that time.

To prepare for your session please click on the image below to download and install the MR Computing remote support software. This software does not give us constant access to your computer and does not represent a security risk. We will only be able to control your PC when you run the software and choose "Connect". You can end the session at any point and we will not be able to access your computer until you allow us access again by running the software and clicking on "Connect"
